Virginia Eserjose

Virginia has been working in the VET industry for the last four years. Her strengths include student retention and student satisfaction, and varied experience delivery accredited training in business services, hospitality, and financial services. She had trained and tutored hundreds of students through online and had worked with Australian trainers and assessors from her previous job. She holds Australian qualifications such as Diploma of Business, Diploma of Leadership and Management and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. 

Virginia also has a solid background in business and management. After her graduation, she formally joined their family business and was responsible for managing some aspects of the business like customer service, sales, administration, and finance. She remains actively involved in the business.
