How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to enquiries between 2-3 hours or within one business day. Enquiries received after 5:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will be answered the next business day. If you need a response sooner, please reach out to our chatbot or call the office on the above numbers.
Do you offer corporate or group training?
Yes. AAMC Training provides customised training solutions for organisations and groups. We can tailor nationally recognised qualifications, workshops, and CPD programs to suit your business and industry requirements. Contact our Solutions Team to discuss your organisation’s needs on the above number of via email.
Do you offer training for overseas students?
Yes, our courses are available to students both within Australia and overseas. Since most of our training is delivered online or via virtual classroom, you can complete your studies from anywhere in the world. Please note, however, that AAMC Training is not a CRICOS provider, so we are unable to enrol students who require a student visa for study in Australia.
How much support do you offer students?
At AAMC Training, we provide comprehensive support to help you succeed in your studies. Our qualified team are available to answer questions, provide feedback, and can be contacted directly through the Learning Platform, as well as by phone or email. We offer flexible learning assistance and additional Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) support, where required. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day so you’re never left waiting for help.
